Jobs and meeting requests
- Minimum job fee is $110 inc GST.
- Minimum call-out consulting fee is $220 inc GST.
- Meeting cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee of $110 inc GST.
Payment
- 100% payment in advance required prior to work commencing, with the balance payable on completion. Ownership of content will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. The use of any work created by The Yard Creative Pty Ltd, prior to receipt of full payment, infringes on Australian Copyright Law.
- No refunds.
Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of quote.
- Quotes are based on client supplying all text sub-edited and image content as high resolution files.
- Quote includes two revisions. Following two revisions, an additional hourly fee will be charged, billed in 30 minute increments.
- Changes to the quantities, product specifications and/or artwork or proofs will incur additional charges.
- All prices are exclusive of domain name registration costs and hosting costs, printing costs or delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.
Approvals
- Approving your artwork or digital work confirms that you agree to the design and contents.
- By approving your artwork or digital work, you absolve The Yard Creative Pty Ltd of all liability for any errors, omissions or discrepancies which may be present on the artwork or digital work.
- Once you have approved your artwork or digital work you can’t hold The Yard Creative Pty Ltd responsible for anything you are unhappy with.
- Approving your artwork or digital work revokes your right to take any kind of action against The Yard Creative Pty Ltd for any aspect of the work with which you are later dissatisfied.
- Approving your artwork absolves The Yard Creative Pty Ltd of all liability for any print errors when sourcing your own print or manufacturer for the print production of this artwork.
Pay Per Click (ppc) and Social Media Advertising
- All pay per click (PPC) or social media advertising costs are the responsibility of the client. All PPC costs will be directly invoiced to the client via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other social media platform.
Websites and Website Maintenance
- Website development and design costs do not include ongoing or routine maintenance and updates. After final website approval, all website updates will be invoiced at $150/hr + GST. We strongly recommend at a minimum investing in 1hr monthly website maintenance.
- Website login details are the sole responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend choosing a strong password including a combination of lower case, upper case, numeric and symbol characters. We also advise choosing a password that is not relevant or know to others.
- You acknowledge and agree that The Yard Creative is not liable for the actions of hackers, viruses and other problems which may arise when conducting business online. It is the client’s responsibility to back-up your website and ensure the integrity of your data. If the Services include creating a website, The Yard Creative agrees to install and schedule appropriate backup software at the time of creating your website to assist you with this. You agree that The Yard Creative is not liable for loss of sales, leads or reputation due to any security issues with your website and you agree to irrevocably release The Yard Creative and hold The Yard Creative harmless from any such claim.
- Footer design credit is a standard part of any website build. Removal of the footer design credit incurs a one-off fee of $990 inc GST.
- Website projects that are not completed within 6 months of the first proof being supplied due to client failing to communicate or respond are liable to incur a project restart fee of $550 inc GST.
These terms are final and non-negotiable.
