Create an email signature in Outlook
To create a new blank email signature ready to paste your new signature:
- Open a new email message.
- On the Message tab, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
- In the E-mail account list, pick the email you want.
- Under Select signature to edit, select New, and type a name for the signature.
To copy and paste your new signature into the blank signature:
- open the attached html file in Chrome or Firefox or whatever browser you use
- click once on your name
- ctrl+a (to select all)
- ctrl+c (so copy)
- ctrl+v ( to paste) into signature area in Outlook
